your holistic transformation
I work with my partner, Alexis Coignard, accompanying people on their path to holistic self-healing. Psychological complaints are rarely spared from physical ones. Often there are the so-called psychosomatic complaints, which can manifest as severe pain. If the psyche is tense, the person stressed and unbalanced, so is the body. Through too much inner tension, too little compassion and love for one's own body and a lack of movement, our fasciae shorten and thus create hotspots in the body which, over time, lead to wear and tear of the bones and malpositions. Through specific exercises, the pain can sometimes be taken away completely, the body regenerates, operations can be cancelled and a general new feeling for one's own body can be developed.
Often it takes a mutual play between the connection with one's own body and that with one's own psyche. The two influence each other so much that one finds that one is not making progress at one point. This can be because a feeling is physically blocked and a psychic breakthrough is not possible or, conversely, a physical blockage cannot be released as long as the feeling does not get the space to actually be felt.
I also know from my own pregnancy how many physical complaints I had. Unfortunately, my pregnancy was not as pain-free as I would have wished. Especially towards the end of pregnancy you suffer from tension and pain. Well-stretched flexible fasciae not only relieve pain, but also create a wonderful physical condition for the birth.
After birth, the effects of carrying a small human being in your body for so long and the massive impact of childbirth, especially on the pelvic floor and rectus diastasis, begin to show. You are not alone in this. In addition to pain therapy, I have a wonderful colleague (physiotherapist) who can accompany you, especially with female complaints.
