about me

I am a traveller with a wanderlust into new areas that I do not know, be it physiological, psychological or spiritual.

My fascination is with psychology and its therapeutic procedures. At the same time, I am a Doula at heart and enjoy the fact that the spiritual world is opening up to me more and more

I am allowed to understand more and more every day how much we are all connected and how wonderfully unique every single being in this world is. Every day I fall a little more in love with this Life.

Deeply anchored inside, I knew my destiny from an early age, but life led me in a roundabout way to where I am today.
My official name is Anna Coignard, I am married and very lucky to have given birth to two wonderful young people and to be able to accompany them in this world.
I originally studied engineering, but since becoming a mum, my whole world view has shifted. I inevitably embarked on my inner journey, quit my job and dedicated myself to my calling.

I have never felt more fulfilled than I do now. I am in the deep confidence of walking exactly my path and I take every experience with me along the way.
As Franz Ruppert says so beautifully: "We are the sum of our experiences" and what path to self-love would be more beautiful than accepting one's own experiences as they were, are and will be?

why dua

For me dua stands for the duality of life, nature, people and the holistic. Without shadow there is no light, without yin there is no yan and without pain there is no joy.

For me, this symbol means recognizing and accepting the totality of our life and our being. We are everything and with all our feelings we are one.

In trauma therapy, Dua stands for the unfelt suffering, the pain and the suppression and at the same time for the inner strength to have come so far, for the lightness after the processing and the growing self-love.

In my doula work, Dua stands for wonderful joy, happiness and the birth of a new being and at the same time for grief, when things don't go as you imagined, when there is a loss or a deep longing.

In the acceptance of both sides and all the numerous aspects, inner peace can germinate and what could be nicer than that?

trauma and Doula

Two initially contradictory approaches, how can they fit together? But if you take a closer look, these two topics belong so much together.

Birth is one of the most important events in our life. It matters how we are born and how we give birth. This event runs like a red thread through our whole life, whether in a positive or negative sense. It is therefore all the more important to take a closer look, to find your way back into your own trust and to master this path self-determined and with your own strength. As parents, we also unconsciously pass on our experienced and unprocessed traumata to our children.

It is of great help to look at your own history as a mother and father and to recognize and name your own wounds and, if possible, to feel them. So that life can be as stress-free as possible.
But of course we all have our bright and our dark sides. We want to live in love and security in harmony with our children. Not everything will always be perfect and that's ok.

It is less about creating the perfect conditions, but about inviting you to get to know yourself, to become more mindful and to enter into a freer relationship with yourself, your children and others.
